1. Cancellations

• Service-Based Products:

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept cancellations once the download or access has been initiated.

• Physical Products:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return as per our return policy.

2. Refunds

• Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable only in the case of:

    • Undelivered or non-functional digital products

    • Cancelled services within the allowed time frame

    • Defective or damaged physical products (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized services/products

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Subscription or membership fees after trial period

• Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
